What are Flippy Finge Cat Toys?
I start with two 3″ x 3″ squares of fleece material. A square pouch is sewn in the middle and stuffed with high powered organic catnip (I get mine here). After adding the catnip, the pouch area is double stitched to make sure it stays put. The final step is to fringe the edges to create the extra flippy fun.
